Course Description
You’ve built the foundation. You’ve put in the work. Now it’s time to take it into the real world. Introducing Out & About — our Level 3 obedience class designed to take everything your dog has learned and apply it in real life situations. This class will primarily be held indoors at our local Rural King, giving us the perfect training environment filled with real distractions: ✔ People coming and going ✔ Carts, noises, and movement ✔ New smells and surroundings ✔ Everyday chaos your dog needs to learn to handle Because let’s be honest… A perfect sit in your living room is great. But a calm, responsive dog in a busy store? That’s the goal. In this class, we’ll focus on: • Loose leash walking through distractions • Reliable recall in stimulating environments • Neutrality around people and other dogs • Stay in public settings This is where training becomes real life ready. Prerequisites: Dogs must have completed Foundations First and Beyond the Basics (or receive trainer approval). Spots will be limited to keep things structured, safe, and successful for every team.

Prerequisites: Dog must be at least 5 months old and up to date on DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. Payment info: Your credit card information will never be shared with Ashton & Co. K9 Academy. Class Cancellations: Enrollment may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the first scheduled class for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first class begins are non-refundable.
