Course Description
Ready for more training in public places? Around Town takes everything you learned in Out and About and applies it in another real world settings. Each week, we’ll meet at the beautiful Roscoe Village and work throughout the area, putting your dog’s training to the test in everyday situations. Together, we’ll navigate sidewalks, shops, outdoor dining, pedestrians, bicycles, strollers, and other real life distractions while strengthening focus, confidence, and reliability. Whether your goal is a well mannered companion, greater confidence in public, or preparing for therapy dog work, this class is designed to help your dog become a trusted partner wherever life takes you. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Out and About (Level 3) or instructor approval.

Prerequisites: Dog must be at least 5 months old and up to date on DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. Payment info: Your credit card information will never be shared with Ashton & Co. K9 Academy. Class Cancellations: Enrollment may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the first scheduled class for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first class begins are non-refundable.
